The New Environment

I’ve moved in finally to a two-story apartment yesterday which I called my temporary home. It is temporary, and for how long, I don’t know. It is Dipolog City still and is closer to the bus terminal. I heard bad things about the place being a home of gangsters but who cares? The place is far from where the gangsters are at as I see it. I like the place and the monthly rent is quite affordable so I took it. For now, I am embracing the new environment and the new life. I just hope I’ll be able to survive in the coming days, months and years.

The moving was truly stressful as we all know. The packing of stuffs from the old place and the unpacking at the new place are just some of the stresses we can get off moving. Aside from the stress of packing and unpacking, the arranging of the things is more for it needs thorough calculation as to where a certain thing is perfect to put at. Plus, there’s a need to divide the little space.

After all the mess and the stress, here’s how the living room looks like. Orange color is seen in this little corner.

Today, I am at peace that I passed all the pressures and troubles I had in the previous months. Resting on my new couch this morning and looking through the arrangement in my new living room felt great that it surpassed all the stress. I liked how every thing was put in place, the new colors and the new environment. I sighed of relief and courage.

I still have much to do but I’ll do it later today. The rooms upstairs are all messy still with all the unfolded clothes and other stuffs.
